Peterson Water and Salt is an awesome company. What we appreciate most is their Saturday delivery of softener salt. They not only deliver it, but bring it into your basement and actually put it in your softener. The price is very competitive with other stores but without the hassle of loading it into your car, carrying it in, and putting it in the container. This is a service we will definitely use indefinitely.

Peterson Salt & Water Treatment replaced our soft water tank and system, along with our filtration system. Both of those things we were renting at one time, and they sold us systems that lowered our costs in the long run. They’ve serviced the filtration system annually since the installation and we were happy with their services.

I called for service and a real person answered on the 2nd ring. After checking the schedules of the repair techs he scheduled a time range for the next day. The repair tech arrived on time and fixed the leak within 15 minutes. I just paid for a visit, no additional time. This is the second time Peterson Salt and Water Conditioning has worked on my system and I would have them back again.
