As a rental customer, if you ever have an issue with your water softener Peterson Salt will send a qualified service technician to your home within 24 hours to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Additionally, when you rent a water softener from Peterson Salt we recommend that you sign up for our KeepFill program. When you’re a KeepFill customer you will receive an e-mail or phone call reminder to let you know when it is time to order more salt. KeepFill is there to keep track of your salt usage so that you never run out of salt or soft water. For each customer, this reminder schedule is customized based on the salt usage of your household.
Once you’ve enjoyed the benefits of soft water you may consider purchasing your rental unit. When this happens, Peterson Salt & Water Treatment will give you credit for the first six months of paid rent as well as the installation fee you paid when the softener was first installed.
