I called on a Wednesday for service and got a quick appointment for Friday. Tom answered all my questions and explained the workings of the water softener. He said he would hold the invoice for about a week to make sure that the water level had lowered back down, and then he called me within that time period to check. The level had gone back to normal, and he sent the invoice for payment. Very reasonable price for the services performed. I would definitely use this company again, and have already recommended the company to one of my friends.
