“Peterson Salt was very easy to deal with, answering all my questions, and was able to install a new water softener within a week of my call. The young service man that came out to do the installation was very prompt, professional, and efficient. It only took about an hour to install, and he gave me clear instructions on how to operate the softener. Their price was very reasonable, and included 5 bags of salt pellets. I had used this company last year to service an aging softener, and was very pleased with the results, again being very efficient and fairly priced.”

“My existing water softener stopped working and began leaking. I was on the fence about maybe buying a new one or keeping the one I had so checked Angie’s List and called a company that could either repair or replace if needed. The only negative is it took a couple days for Peterson Salt to come out. I called on Friday and they said Wednesday is the day they come to my city and couldn’t come out until then. BUT everything else was PERFECT. Polite, professional, courteous, took their time to repair and explained all options if I want to replace the unit. AJ from Peterson Salt got everything up and running better than ever in the past ten years I’ve lived in the home. Given the quality of everything very impressed. There might be cheaper companies, but Peterson has my business going forward!!!!!”
